Potato Salad


Potato salad is one of the easiest side dish you can make

and its so filling and delicious!

Prep Time : 10 minutes

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Total Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients :



● 3 Small potatoes .

● 1 Red onion.

● 1 Teaspoon of black pepper.

● 1 Teaspoon of pink salt.

● 1 1/2 Tablespoon of vegan mayo.

● 1 Teaspoon Mixed seasoning

● parsley.

● 1 Carrot.

● 1/3 cup of peas.

● 1/2 Lemon.

● Rosemary ( Optional )


Method :



● Let the potato boil for 30 minutes ( this is Optional but You can add a rosemary leaves to the same pot with the potatoes to give a little taste to it ) .

● While the potatoes are boiling cut the onions and carrots into small cubes.

● When the potatoes finish cut them into cubes.

● Add all of the vegetables into a bowl and add the vegan mayo with the seasoning mentioned above.

● Squeeze the lemon and you can serve it.
