Creamy Mushroom Pasta

This is one of my favourite

pasta recipes of all time

Total Time : 25 Minutes.

Ingredients :

● Any kind of pasta you like.

● Mushrooms.

● 1 Cup of Any Plant Milk.

● 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch.

● 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder.

● 1 Teaspoon of onion powder.

● 1 Teaspoon of black pepper.

● 3 Tablespoon of Nutritional yeast.

● Red pepper flakes

● 1 Teaspoon of Mixed seasoning.

● Oregano.

Method :

● Cook your pasta.

● Cut your Mushrooms and let them cook.

● For the sauce : in the pan you cooked your mushrooms in add to them the cornstarch first and let it coat them and then add the milk also add all of the seasoning mentioned above , stir in a medium heat till it becomes thick and creamy ( you can make it more thicker by adding more cornstarch or more runny by adding more milk ).

● Pour the sauce into a pan with the pasta and let it heat for a bit.

● Sprinkle some oregano on top.
