Chickpea Scramble

This is A low calorie recipe but at the same time

will make you super full !


Total Time : 20 Minutes.


Ingredients :

● 1/2 Bell pepper.

● Peas.

● 1/2 an Onion.

● 1 Carrot .

● 1/2 Can of Chickpeas .

● Cumin .

● Mixed seasonings.

● Red pepper flakes ( Optional ).


Method :


● In a bowl Mash the chickpeas.

● Dice the onion and the bell pepper to a small pieces.

● Grate the carrot .

● stir fry the onions and the pepper for 10 minutes and then add the carrot and the peas for 5 minutes .

● Add the mashed chickpea to the vegetables and let it heat for another 5 minutes.

● Add the seasonings
